I advocate for ICPAK to reduce the burden of compliance and cost of enhancing knowledge. May it be subscriptions or fees.

MEMBER MENTORSHIP
  • I commit to enhancing mentorship for young accountants through Trainee Accountants Practical Experience Training (TAPEF).
  • I also will work towards enhancing member collaborations to share knowledge between seasoned accountants.
OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEMBERS
  • I will work towards creating a placement office to coordinate with international employers & facilitate the export of skilled accountants.
  • I will re-examine the legal framework to stipulate that office holders for certain positions/offices are CPAs.
PESA MFUKONI
  • Define entry-level pay for a CPA
  • Deal with issues of Non-Practicing allowance conclusively.
  • Implement Remuneration orders for practicing accountants.
BRANCH POSTERITY
  • Branches to have more autonomy.
  • Allocate a budget to branches: Amend by-laws to allocate a percentage of revenue collected at HQ to the branches to enhance their vibrancy, further the ICPAK brand, as well as rationalize representation.
